After our collaboration beer with local brewery Balance Brewing & Blending sold out last year, we knew we had to make another one. So, once again we've team up with Will and James, the founders of Balance, to bring you an exclusive new beer.
The 108 beer is a barrel-aged saison that is a blend of three barrels filled in 2023 and 2024, creating a harmonious and nuanced beer.
On the nose, the beer brings honey and peach blossom. Floral and fruity on the palate, with a touch of acidity and complexity. Barrel tannins bring body and structure, as well as soft, woody vanilla for a smooth finish.
