L'Enclume located in the beautiful village of Cartmel in the Lake District has been awarded 3 Michelin stars, 1 Michelin Green star and 5AA Rosettes. We pride ourselves on serving exceptional local and seasonal ingredients via our carefully curated tasting menus and delivering an outstanding experience for our guests. We are open 5 days a week for Dinner - Tuesday - Saturday and 4 for Lunch - Wednesday - Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

We are currently recruiting for a Baker to join our kitchen team. The role will be responsible for running the bakery and the daily preparation of bread and pastry products for the restaurant.

We are keen to hear from applicants with experience in similar high quality establishments, a passion for food, quality ingredients and a drive to develop themselves and their careers further.
