Working under the direction of Simon Rogan and the Executive Brigade, we are looking for strong, motivated individuals, ideally someone who has worked in similar kitchen/restaurant roles within the hospitality industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally renowned restaurant and be part of one of the UK’s most exciting restaurants L’Enclume.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
As a Commis Chef you will assist the kitchen brigade in the daily preparation, mise-en-place and service of food while ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times and that your section, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy. You will work alongside the Head chef and a team of dedicated and experienced professionals.

Entry Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Commis Chef who we anticipate will have worked in a similar role within the hospitality industry. You will be a team player, have excellent communication skills and attention to detail in order to deliver outstanding quality and service.
