Commis Waiter/Waitress

L'Enclume located in the beautiful village of Cartmel in the Lake District has been awarded 3 Michelin stars, 1 Michelin Green star, 5AA Rosettes and was voted #1 restaurant in the UK in The Good Food Guide 2020. We pride ourselves on serving exceptional local and seasonal ingredients via our carefully curated tasting menus and delivering an outstanding experience for our guests. We are open 5 days a week for Dinner - Tuesday - Saturday and 4 for Lunch - Wednesday - Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

We are currently recruiting for a Commis Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The role will involve working with the team to help organise areas of service from the kitchen to the floor. You will be trained in all aspects of the restaurant from wine, coffee, food and service standards.

We are keen to hear from applicants with a passion for food, beverage and customer service and a drive to develop themselves and their careers further.
