Simon Rogan established L’Enclume a Two Michelin star restaurant in Cartmel, Cumbria, and was named ‘Best British Restaurant in the UK’ by the Good Food Guide, and ‘Restaurant of the Year’ at the 2013 Observer Food Monthly Awards. Simon’s modern British cooking style and creative techniques are inspired by his love of British produce, which he sources from his own farm in Cumbria.

Working under the direction of Simon Rogan and the Executive Brigade, we are looking for strong, motivated individuals, ideally someone who has worked in similar kitchen/restaurant roles within the hospitality industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally renowned restaurant and be part of one of the UK’s most exciting restaurants L’Enclume.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

As Demi Chef de Partie, you will be required to work under the direction of Simon Rogan and the Executive Brigade in the preparation and service of food ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.

Entry Requirements

We are looking for strong, motivated individual, ideally someone who has worked in similar restaurant roles within the hospitality industry. The person will be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
