Candidate requirements
The candidate would ideally have a strong background in fine dining restaurants ideally 1*/2* Michelin restaurants. Be creative, flexible and have a can do attitude along with having an obsessive passion for food. Be structured and incredibly organised. Above all to embrace our ethos and believe in our principles.

Scope and purpose of job
To maintain excellent service standards on the restaurant floor whilst guiding others to do the same. Assisting the management team in implementing development changes within the restaurant.

Specific job accountabilities
Maintaining customer focused service principles throughout L’Enclume.
Assisting the Restaurant Manager with the day to day operation of the business.
Have a good understanding of the wine list & drinks service.
Have an in-depth menu knowledge & menu items.
Being a perfect example of the L’Enclume standards throughout all manner of service
