Junior Sous Chef - Henrock

Henrock is the newest addition to our group and is located at the stunning 5 star Linthwaite House Hotel boasting fantastic views over Lake Windermere. We oversee the full F&B offer at the Hotel from breakfast to afternoon tea, bar and lounge menu's and our fine dining restaurant for dinner service 7 days a week.

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen management team. The Junior Sous Chef will work across all sections in the kitchen, deputising for the senior chefs in their absence. The role will involve mentoring and developing the junior team and ensuring our high standards are maintained.
