Henrock - Restaurant Manager

Henrock is the newest addition to our group and is located at the stunning 5 star Linthwaite House Hotel boasting fantastic views over Lake Windermere. We oversee the full F&B offer at the Hotel from breakfast to afternoon tea, bar and lounge menus and our fine dining restaurant for dinner service. We will open 5 days a week throughout the summer season, closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to join our team. The role will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the full F&B operation. Key Responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the team of 15

- Achieving Financial Targets

- Delivering a fantastic guest experience

- Staff training and development

- Creation of staff rotas

Applicants should ideally have gained experience in similar quality establishments, be strong team players with excellent communication skills and above all possess a real passion for food and drink.
