Description:

Working under the direction of Simon Rogan and the Executive Brigade, we are looking for strong, motivated individuals, ideally whom have worked in fine dining roles within the hospitality industry.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

You will assist the team in the preparation and service of food ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times. Assisting the head chef in his duties and covering for them in their absence. Help to support and develop the team

Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:

Good leadership skills

Strong internal customer care skills

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent attention to detail

A high standard of personal presentation

Confident, professional and welcoming personality
