Sister restaurant of Simon Rogan's Two Michelin star restaurant, L’Enclume, Rogan & Co holds One Michelin Star and 3AA Rosettes. The food is Simon’s modern cooking style and creative techniques and is inspired by his love of British produce, which he sources from his own farm in Cumbria.


Working under the direction of Simon Rogan and the Executive Brigade, we are looking for strong, motivated individuals, ideally someone who has worked in similar kitchen/restaurant roles within the hospitality industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned restaurant and be part of one of the UK’s most exciting restaurant groups.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
As Sous Chef, you will be required to work under the direction of Simon Rogan, and the Executive Brigade, reporting to the Head Chef of Rogan & Co.
You will assist the team in the preparation and service of food ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.
Assisting the Head Chef in his duties and covering for them in their absence.
Help to support and develop the team through training and guidance.

Entry Requirements
We are looking for strong, motivated individuals, ideally someone who has worked in similar restaurant roles within the hospitality industry. The person will be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:
Good leadership skills
Working standard should be suitable
Strong internal customer care skills
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
A high standard of personal presentation
Confident, professional and welcoming personality
