We offer insulated nationwide delivery* starting from £10** for our At Home Meals and BBQ Boxes.

Our courier will confirm your parcel details the day before your delivery and contact you with a 1-hr window on your day of delivery.

DPD’s aim is to make all our deliveries on your selected delivery date, although in some unforeseeable circumstances, DPD will need to postpone your delivery to the following day. Our packaging, including ice packs and wool insulation, has been carefully selected in conjunction with our packaging suppliers to ensure that our product is kept refrigerated for at least 48 hours, allowing for 2 delivery attempts over two delivery days. We will of course do everything we can to prevent any delays.

If there will be no one present at the delivery address to accept the parcel on the re-scheduled delivery day, DPD are able to facilitate a delivery to a safe-place location. This safe place can be selected through the DPD tracking portal, once you have received email confirmation of your shipment from DPD. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any liability for any parcels left in a safe place.

**Orders requiring deliveries on multiple days will be contacted for additional delivery charges. Deliveries larger than our maximum package size (60cm x 60cm x 60cm) will also be contacted separately for additional delivery charges.
