L’Enclume, a riverside restaurant with rooms, opened in the idyllic village of Cartmel in 2002.

Known for its truly unique offering in the UK restaurant scene, both for the warm, informed service style and innovative dishes and for the provenance of the ingredients. In 2009 Simon set up Our Farm entirely dedicated to producing the finest, local ingredients for the ever-evolving L’Enclume menu.

Part of the L’Enclume experience is the picturesque garden facing the Cartmel river. The restaurant has a Winter Garden space encompassing these views, in addition to the L’Enclume bakery housed in an old locksmith building, where all the restaurant's bread is created.

Since opening, the restaurant has won two Michelin stars alongside many other prestigious awards. In January 2021, L'Enclume received a Michelin Green Star, recognising it as a leader in the field of sustainability.

Aulis Cartmel provides a truly unique ‘behind the scenes’ experience of the Michelin-star institution L'Enclume. Aulis is a multi-functional high-tech space that acts as a development kitchen utilised by chefs to explore new dishes and cooking techniques, but also an exclusive, intimate and interactive private dining room for L’Enclume guests.

The Aulis experience is completely personalised, depending on the group size and involves a complete surrender to the creativity of the chefs.

Simon Rogan’s local neighbourhood restaurant in Cartmel offers a casual dining experience, using exceptional, home-grown ingredients that are harvested in their prime.

Rogan & Company was awarded its first Michelin star in October 2018, showcases the style and techniques that Simon Rogan has become known for whilst also using the finest in Lake District produce.

Roganic, located on Blandford Street in Marylebone, will not be reopening in its current location. Plans to relocate the restaurant - which opened in 2017 and won a Michelin star within a year - have been in discussion since 2019, but were put on hold as result of the pandemic.

Roganic first opened in 2011 in Marylebone as a two-year pop-up. In January 2018, five years later Roganic returned to London, bringing elements of L’Enclume, Simon’s two Michelin star restaurant in The Lake District.

Roganic was awarded its first Michelin star in October 2018, just ten months after opening and also holds four AA Rosettes.

There are plans in the pipeline to reopen Roganic in London in 2021, at an alternative location, when Simon and the team have a clearer vision of the post-pandemic landscape. Aulis, Simon Rogan’s chef’s table located in St Anne’s Court, is fully operational.

Dining at Aulis involves complete surrender to the chef’s creativity, and aims to offer a truly uncompromising gastronomical experience.

With just eight seats available, guests have the opportunity to book individual spaces or the table in its entirety to get an exclusive and personalised evening with the chefs, as they prepare and serve the multi-course dinner menus. Details will be revealed to guests only upon reserving, including location, menus and timings.

At Our Farm, Simon Rogan and his team of chefs select what to grow, when it is harvested and how it is prepared. It sets a benchmark for the calibre of ingredients and therefore the dishes that incorporate them, while ensuring a truly traceable dining experience in all of Simon’s restaurants.

The shop delicately blends into the picturesque Medieval grey-stone village of Cartmel and quickly became an essential part of the Simon Rogan dining experience in Cartmel, offering keepsakes for guests to take home.

The shop offering includes products of local origin, referencing Simon’s passion for provenance, expertise and craftsmanship, with the shop set to be a space to showcase the delights of the local area and the variety of talent and produce from the region.

L’Enclume has 16 bedrooms located around Cartmel, equipped with all mod cons yet retaining references to the historical buildings they are based in.

Aulis Hong Kong opened in December 2018 in the heart of Causeway Bay as Simon's first international restaurant.

Aulis Hong Kong invites guests to surrender their senses to the creativity of the chefs. Expect the unexpected; an evening of fast-paced dynamism, entertaining theatrics and intimate interactions, as chefs utilize the world’s most advanced kitchen equipment to create highly progressive dishes personalized to the tastes of only 12 guests at a time.

With the goal of maintaining long-term relationships with farms in the New Territories, Aulis Hong Kong’s current experience highlights seasonal local ingredients combined with Rogan’s savoir faire.

Chef and restaurateur Simon Rogan opened Roganic Hong Kong in the heart of Causeway Bay in February 2019. The restaurant sits alongside Aulis, Simon’s award-winning 12-seater chef’s table, and features multifunctional private dining rooms, kitchen counter seats and Roganic’s destination bar featuring seasonal cocktails.

With a focus on local and sustainable ingredients, Roganic Hong Kong presents a city-centric take on a farm-to-table dining experience. It carries over elements of Simon’s two-Michelin-starred L’Enclume, with dishes that adapt to the local palate in new and exciting ways.

As with all of Simon’s restaurants, there is an ultimate commitment to provenance and traceability of the ingredients; each dish utilises produce sourced from local, organic farms in the New Territories.

In 2020 Roganic Hong Kong was awarded a Michelin star, less than ten months after opening. The restaurant was recently recognised with the newly introduced Michelin Green Star, award by Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2021. Roganic Hong Kong is the only restaurant in Hong Kong to receive this prestigious accolade, highlighting Roganic as a leader in restaurant sustainability. Simon is currently the only international chef who currently holds this award across two restaurants (Roganic Hong Kong and L’Enclume in Cartmel, UK).

Simon Rogan's hugely anticipated new restaurant Henrock, opened its doors in early October 2019.

With sweeping views across Lake Windemere, Henrock showcases natural, perfectly seasonal ingredients in a relaxed, informal setting. The name derives from a rocky outcrop on the lake, known as Hen Rock, which is often visible from the terrace of Linthwaite House.

Henrock’s kitchen team is led by Head Chef Sam Fry. Working together, they will utilise local produce with items from Simon’s own farm, Our Farm, in Cumbria. However, in a step away from Simon’s other restaurants, L’Enclume, Roganic, Aulis and Rogan & Co., where the focus is loyally and deeply rooted in British cooking and ingredients, Henrock leans heavily on influences, techniques and produce discovered on the chefs’ travels around the globe.
