L'Enclume's Alex Rothnie to Cook at Bocuse d'Or Gala Dinner

Alex Rothnie, head chef of L'Enclume, will be cooking at the Bocuse d'Or President's Gala Dinner on Monday, 17th November at Claridge's Hotel, London.

Alex will join six of the UK's three Michelin-starred chefs for this special evening supporting Team UK on their Road to Lyon. He'll present one of L'Enclume's signature dishes in the stunning Claridge's Ballroom. Guests can participate in a live auction featuring money-can't-buy experiences, with all proceeds supporting Team UK's bid for gold at the Bocuse d'Or competition.

Local Heroes Week at Rogan & Co

Our Local Heroes Week will return to Rogan & Co from Tuesday, 4th to Sunday, 8th November 2025. Local Heroes is a week-long celebration of local artisans, craftspeople, growers, and suppliers.

During the week, we will feature a special seven-course tasting menu for £95, showcasing the people who make our neighbourhood restaurant what it is. As always, we have a stellar lineup of local talents, including The Torpenhow Cheese Company supplying the cheese, Lake District Farmers providing the beef, and some familiar Rogan faces.

Simon to cook at Kitchen On The Edge Of The World

Simon will be cooking at Kitchen On The Edge Of The World from Thursday, 2nd - Monday, 6th October 2025.

Kitchen on The Edge is an extraordinary culinary adventure set above the Arctic Circle in Northern Norway's Lofoten Islands, immersed in dramatic landscapes.

Each night, Simon will prepare a feast for the 20 diners as they sit at the chef's table in the open kitchen. We can't wait to see how he utilises the remarkable local bounty from these world-renowned fishing waters and wild landscapes in the menu.

This is a journey to experience the relationship between land, sea, and table in one of the world's most breathtaking locations.

L'Enclume launches a Seasonal Lunch Menu

We are delighted to share that L'Enclume will offer a seasonal lunch menu (£125) alongside our tasting menu (£265).

The new seasonal lunch menu will be available on weekdays during our peak growing season, from the 2nd April to the 31st October 2025. This shorter, lighter option provides an additional choice for midweek dining.
