30th Anniversary of the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival
Simon will be taking part as a guest chef in the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival at the Carlton Hotel for the 30th anniversary celebrations.
With a theme of '30 Michelin Stars for 30 Years’, guest and local chefs with a combined total of 30 Michelin stars will host multiple events over the course of the festival showcasing the best global cuisine and hospitality.
