Aulis London + Oli Marlow present 20 courses, 20 chefs, 20 pounds in aid of Hospitality Action

On Sunday, 14th September, executive chef Oli Marlow is hosting a charity dinner at Aulis London in support of Hospitality Action, the esteemed industry charity. Twenty celebrated chefs will each contribute a single small plate, creating an extraordinary 20-course tasting menu.

The line-up includes: Adam Byatt (Trinity), Adam Smith (Coworth Park), Andi Oliver (Great British Menu), Angelo Sato (Humble Chicken), Ashley Palmer-Watts (The Devonshire), Emily English (@emthenutritionist), Endo Kazutoshi (Endo at The Rotunda), John Chantarasak (Anglo Thai), Joké Bakare (Chishuru), Jonny Lake (Trivet), Kirk Haworth (Plates London), Matthew Ryle (Maison François), Ollie Bridgwater (Source), Rafael Cagali (Da Terra), Ravneet Gill (Gina), Ricki Weston (Whatley Manor), Ruby Bhogal (Bake Off finalist), Tom Barnes (SKOF), Tom Shepherd (Upstairs) and the Aulis Team.

For just £20, anyone can enter the raffle for a chance to secure a ticket with a plus one (12 diners in total) to this exclusive gathering. Entries will close at midnight on Thursday, 14th August, and we’ll announce the lucky winners the following week.

As Oli describes it, the evening will be "fast-paced, maybe a bit chaotic – but ultimately a lot of fun." All proceeds from the raffle will go to Hospitality Action, providing vital assistance to hospitality workers facing serious challenges, including addiction, homelessness, and long-term illness.
