Congratulations to Paul, Alex, Kayleigh & Beth

Celebrating over six years with us, Paul Burgalières has been instrumental in the success of L'Enclume. He has already shown us how to push even further since stepping into the role of Executive Chef earlier this year, overseeing all our restaurants in The Lakes - L'Enclume, Rogan & Co, Aulis Cartmel and Henrock.

Alex Rothnie, previously our Senior Sous Chef, will now lead the L'Enclume kitchen as Head Chef. Having been a pivotal part of our team for five years, Alex embodies not just patience and creativity, but also demonstrates daily what it takes to make L'Enclume extraordinary.

A massive congratulations to Kayleigh Thorogood, promoted to Assistant Operations Manager of all our restaurants in the North West. Kay’s journey from her beginnings at L'Enclume to managing Rogan & Co has been an absolute joy to watch, and we couldn’t be prouder of the passionate leader she has become.

Last but not least, a big shoutout to Beth Sampson, who is stepping up as the new Restaurant Manager at Rogan & Co.

Witnessing their growth and evolution is not just a privilege; but the reason why we keep pushing harder and aiming for new goals every single day.
