Due to ongoing industrial action by The Communication Workers Union (CWU), deliveries of our printed vouchers may be delayed or disrupted.

Although we will be processing and dispatching orders as usual, the delivery of printed vouchers on orders placed close to scheduled strike days may be impacted. During any periods of delay, PDF copies of printed vouchers can be downloaded from your order confirmation email.

Orders for email delivery vouchers, Home by Simon Rogan products and other items shipped via DPD will remain unaffected.
