Executive Chef Oli Marlow debuts on Great British Menu
Oli Marlow, our Executive Chef of Aulis and Roganic Hong Kong and Aulis London, will be making his debut on the 2021 season of Great British Menu. With dishes themed around British innovation, Oli will be taking part in the London and South East heats, and fighting for his chance to cook at the banquet.
The first heat for London and South East will take place on Wednesday 7th April at 8pm.
