Gill to Tail with Henrock's Head Chef, Mark McCabe, at Dinings SW3

Henrock's head chef, Mark McCabe, is set to join executive chef Masaki Sugisaki and the Dinings SW3 team for the third instalment of the restaurant’s Gill-to-Tail 2025 series on Tuesday, 17th and Wednesday, 18th June.

Mark and Masaki will collaborate to create a 10-course menu celebrating British, sustainably sourced seafood. Mark's hyper-seasonal approach using ingredients from Our Farm perfectly complements Dinings' commitment to seasonality and sustainability.

The dinner takes place at Dinings' intimate 12-seater sushi counter in Chelsea, with two services each evening. Wednesday is SOLD OUT, but Tuesday availability remains.
