We are incredibly proud that L’Enclume has been named the joint highest UK restaurant in La Liste 1000, alongside the brilliant Core by Clare Smyth. Our 20th anniversary year just keeps getting better!
Our head chef, Paul Burgalières, and managing director, Sam Ward, were in attendance at the award ceremony in Paris, celebrating on behalf of our team alongside so many incredible restaurants.
