La Liste 2026
"Once again, I'm honoured that L'Enclume has been recognised as the top British restaurant in La Liste for the third consecutive year." With an exceptional score of 99 out of 100, L'Enclume has claimed the UK's leading position and second place globally in the tenth edition of La Liste, the world's most prestigious restaurant selection.
The Lake District emerged as an international must-dine destination this year, with seven restaurants featured on La Liste 2026. Alongside L'Enclume, the region's representatives include Allium at Askham Hall, Forest Side, The Old Stamp House, Cedar Tree by Hrishikesh Desai, Lake Road Kitchen, and Source at Gilpin. Simon's two-Michelin-starred restaurant, ION Harbour in Malta, was also recognised with a score of 76.
