Michelin 2021 UK and Ireland Awards

L'Enclume has been recognised with a Michelin Green Star in the Michelin 2021 UK and Ireland awards. Since the first day of opening, we have strived to ensure that we follow ethical practices in the restaurants and use sustainable growing techniques, so it is a real honour to receive this accolade. To achieve such an award would not be possible without Our Farm, which is at the core of everything we do. We built Our Farm with one primary purpose in mind, to have a harmonious relationship between growing and cooking. We have learnt so much over the last ten years, pouring a considerable amount of time, energy and research into making a fully functioning farm, and we don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon. The farm has since quadrupled in size and will continue to grow as we expand our repertoire and take on new challenges. #atourcore

I am also incredibly proud to say that L’Enclume and Rogan & Co have retained their Michelin Stars and that Henrock has received a Michelin Plate. I want to thank my restaurant teams and our growers for working so hard to reach this achievement, with special thanks to Tom Barnes, Oli Marlow, Paul Burgalieres and our Managing Director, Sam Ward.

2020 was one of the most difficult years we have faced since we started this journey. Yet, we managed to adapt, with a new ‘at home’ offering which kept us going and would not have been possible without our dedicated team, especially Alessandra and Brooke. It is a testament to the team who have remained loyal throughout all the closures and reopenings, facing each challenge with enthusiasm and endless reams of energy.
