Our Home by Simon Rogan BBQ Boxes are Back
We’ve got our fingers crossed for good weather this summer but whatever happens, rain or shine, you’ll find us outside working some magic on the grill.
Our chefs have created two BBQ boxes for the summer months ahead. The first, Our Bone Marrow Burger Box, contains all the essentials needed to make an amazing burger at home, including bone marrow-spiked patties, pickles from Our Farm and our homemade black garlic emulsion.
The second BBQ Box contains a full spread for an alfresco feast. Inside you’ll find a selection of our favourite cuts alongside a handful of side dishes. Highlights include short rib on the bone glazed with our BBQ sauce, BBQ beans, and Our Farm salad.
For a little something extra, choose from our range of add-ons, such as rib-eye steaks, our Cumbrian beer box or any of the bottles from our well-stocked cellar.
To create our boxes, we’ve teamed up with our friends at Lake District Farmers, giving you a chance to try their exceptional quality meat, which we use at L’Enclume and our restaurants in The Lakes. Currently, Lake District Farmers only supply directly to restaurants, so this is an exclusive opportunity to taste some of the best meat used by the UK’s top chefs.
Our BBQ boxes are available to pre-order now for delivery or collection from Thursday 4th May until Friday 25th August 2023.
