Welcome to Hong Kong Pierre
We are delighted to welcome Pierre Brunelli as the new General Manager and Master Sommelier of Roganic Hong Kong.
Pierre will succeed Roganic Hong Kong’s previous General Manager Sean Oakford in leading the award-winning Front of House team together with new Restaurant Manager, Antonio Mereu.
With a long history of working together throughout the Simon Rogan Group including L'Enclume, Rogan & Co, and as a key part of our team for events such as Royal Ascot, Pierre has been part of the core Rogan management team for several years including 3 years with us at L’Enclume.
With a thirst for wine education and passion for the art of hospitality, Pierre’s impressive experiences as a sommelier include working in Michelin-starred restaurants around the UK including The Fat Duck and Greenhouse, alongside an extensive educational history. In 2019, Pierre was given the highest distinction of Master Sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers, making him one of 262 people worldwide with the esteemed title.

Sean Oakford will return to the UK following two years of stewarding the restaurant from strength to strength. Most notably, Roganic Hong Kong has been the continuous recipient of the SCMP Top Tables’ Best Service Award from 2019-2021.
