*1kg Braised Short Rib of Beef marinated in Our Farm Rub | August 2024*
Our beef short ribs have been marinaded and cooked by our chefs for 72-hours in order to produce this show stopping piece for your home BBQ to really impress guests.
The rub we have used showcases some signature herbs and flavours from Our Farm which we have harvested and dried before combining to create the rub.
We recommend cooking the beef short ribs on your BBQ and allowing them to char on the outside and create a crispy 'bark' around the meat. Inside will remain very moist. Once cooked on the BBQ, the beef short ribs can be finished off in the oven to ensure they are piping hot in the middle if required.
