Simon Rogan Mint Infusion
This fresh, classic and much-loved infusion has been created using fresh mint grown and gathered on Our Farm in Cartmel.
Add 200ml boiling water to 1g of leaves and steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and enjoy hot or chilled.
