We’ve teamed up with The Lakes Distillery and Fevertree Tonic to bring you a classic Gin + Tonic package. Just add plenty of ice.
The Lakes Gin is a classic English gin with vibrant notes of juniper, cracked black pepper and orange peel. Paired with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic and our own dried Pink Grapefruit slices to garnish, this is the perfect drink to relax with after a long day.
Tasting Note
The Lakes Distillery opened their doors in 2015 with the idea of becoming a world class whisky distillery, granted their whiskies are rather tasty, but they also produce an amount of Gin on the side which is certainly one to try. They steep the botanicals overnight (like a cup of tea) which slowly allows the aromas to infuse with the wheat-based spirit. The result is a Gin & Tonic that’s fresh, full of character and worth getting over ice asap.
