*Our Ultimate BBQ Box | August 2024*
The Home by Simon Rogan BBQ collection is back again but with a little twist. This year, our range features a curated selection of prime cuts prepared with our own rubs and marinades which can be individually purchased, or in this case we have combined the whole collection to create our ultimate BBQ box!
Our BBQ boxes will be available to pre-order for delivery every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from the 1st May bank holiday weekend until Saturday 31st August.
Box Contents:
1 x 10oz Aged Sirloin with Our Farm Fermented Bean Dressing.
1 x 1kg braised short rib of beef marinated in Our Farm Rub.
1 x 500g Tomahawk pork chop marinated in BBQ Spiced Rub.
2 x 6oz beef burgers with milk buns, Our Farm gherkin ketchup, cheese and mustard cress.
2 x Mojo pulled pork with milk buns, pickled red onions, Our Beetroot & Black Garlic Ketchup and Birria dipping sauce.
Our Farm Brined Hispi Cabbage with Our Cabbage Dressing and a yeast & chive crumb.
Our Farm Beetroots (300g), Our Rosehip Dressing, candied pumpkin seeds, Our Farm Cress, Wraysholme Yoghurt.
Serves 4-6 people.
