*NEW* Wiston X Simon Rogan Rosé Sparkling Wine
Pre-order our Wiston X Simon Rogan Rosé Sparkling Wine for delivery week commencing 23rd June 2025.
We've teamed up with wine producer Wiston Estate to create our own-label English sparkling rosé.
Following months of development with the family-run winery located in West Sussex, the Simon Rogan x Wiston Sparkling Rosé has been made with a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes.
Deep salmon in colour and with notes of wild roses, tomato leaf, pomegranate, strawberries and cranberries, the wine is made in stainless steel tanks before being rested on its lees for eight months before bottling. A portion of Wiston reserve wines, which come from Wiston harvests dating back to 2009, is added to make up the final blend before a secondary fermentation process, which takes two to four years, allowing the flavour of the wines to evolve and intensify and the structure to develop.
