A Day at Our Farm returns for the 2026 summer season, welcoming you to feast amongst the growing beds of our regenerative farm in The Cartmel Valley.

Following sold-out previous years, we are excited to open our gates to only 16 guests at a time for a one-of-a-kind sustainable dining experience, recognised as the Good Food Guide Best Farm-to-Table Restaurant 2024.

The experience begins with an extended farm tour whilst enjoying a handful of thoughtfully prepared snacks and a non-alcoholic spritz along the way. Following the tour, diners are invited to the Our Farm sharing tables - overlooking the farm’s polytunnels and growing beds - to enjoy an informal sharing banquet.

Dietary Requirements & Beverages

We can cater for vegetarians, but are not able to cater for any other dietary requirements at the A Day at Our Farm experience. Please note that no alcohol will be served; we will have a selection of soft drinks available made using ingredients from Our Farm.

Weather & Cancellations

Additionally, a minimum of five attendees is required for each event to go ahead. We may be required to cancel the event or move those booked to an alternative date if fewer than five people have booked. We will endeavour to do so with as much notice as possible.

Please note that Our Farm is a working farm, so we urge you to wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Although we have a cover over our table to protect our guests from the rain, we may be required to cancel due to adverse weather conditions. You are able to cancel your tickets up to 14 days before you visit with a full refund. Tickets will not be refunded after this point.

Getting Here
Our Farm, Aynsome Lane, Cartmel, LA11 6HH

Our Farm is located down a small track near Aynsome Manor and is a five-minute drive from Cartmel. Follow the signs to Our Farm, down the track past the cowsheds until you get to a gate with a parking area beyond it. When driving up the track to Our Farm, please drive slowly as there are livestock in the field before you reach us. Please ensure that you close the gate when you arrive. If you wish to walk to Our Farm, please be aware that this involves roadside walking and takes approximately 45 minutes from the centre of Cartmel.
