Aulis Cartmel provides a 'behind the scenes' dining experience at our three Michelin-starred restaurant. Limited to only six guests for lunch or dinner, guests can enjoy L'Enclume dishes whilst learning about our chef's creative processes and how we work with ingredients from Our Farm.

Terms & Conditions
This voucher is valid for 12 months after purchase, and cannot be extended. This voucher is available for lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Friday only.
This voucher features a unique reference code, which must be quoted at the time of booking and redemption. This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
This voucher may be redeemed on our Tasting Menu for an exclusive hire experience at Aulis Cartmel for up to six guests at lunch or dinner from Wednesday to Friday. Wine and beverages are not included and will be charged for any additional expenses on consumption. Service charge is not included. All bookings must be made in advance. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate specific dietary requirements unless these apply to the whole party.
Please note that reservations at Aulis Cartmel are subject to availability, and some periods may fill quicker than others. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend you make your booking with as much notice as possible, ideally when you first receive the voucher. This voucher cannot be redeemed against existing bookings accepted before 26th November 2025 and used in conjunction with any other offers.
