Rogan & Co is a local neighbourhood restaurant located in the beautiful village of Cartmel in the Lake District, offering a casual dining experience, using exceptional, home-grown ingredients. We have been awarded 1 Michelin star and 3 AA Rosettes for the quality of our food and service. We are open 5 days a week, closed on Sundays and Mondays.
The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a competent and ambitious chef who has experience working in a high-level kitchen environment and is looking to further develop their skills within a Michelin-starred operation.
As Chef de Partie, you will:
- Run and take ownership of your section, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times
- Work confidently across all sections of the kitchen
- Support the Sous Chef and senior kitchen team in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
- Assist with the training, mentoring and development of junior members of the team
- Maintain exceptional standards of food preparation, presentation and cleanliness
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and professional kitchen culture
About You
