Skof is Chef Tom Barnes' first restaurant opening in the beautiful Hannover building in Manchester's NOMA district. Since opening in May 2024, Skof has earned a Michelin, was named Best New Restaurant at the Good Food Guide Awards 2025, won Newcomer of the Year at the Manchester Food and Drink Awards - where Tom was also awarded Chef of the Year - and secured a high ranking in SquareMeal’s Top 100 for 2026, at number 2.
Our menu’s are based on incredible, world-class ingredients, skill, excellence and simplicity, we are open for Dinner on Wednesdays and then Lunch and Dinner Thursday, Friday and Saturday, we are closed on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays.
We are currently recruiting for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the Pastry Team at the restaurant. The role will be fully involved in the day to day running of the pastry operation. We are keen to hear from Pastry Chefs with experience in quality establishments looking for an opportunity where they can learn and develop their careers further.
