Chef de Rang

Aulis London is our 1 Michelin starred chefs table restaurant located in the heart of soho. The restaurant has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment to increase its capacity to 12 seats offering dinner service Tuesday to Saturday and lunch on Saturday. From the 1st July we will be opening on Friday for Lunch also, hence we are looking to strengthen our Front of House team.

We are recruiting for a strong Chef de Rang to join our small team under the guidance of our Restaurant Manager Charles Carron-Brown. The offer is continually evolving as is the wine list and beverage programme therefore no two days are the same.

We are keen to hear from front of house professionals with backgrounds in quality restaurants, a real passion for wine, cocktails, coffee and soft pairings and above all the ability to offer an outstanding guest experience to our diners.
