Candidate requirements
The candidate would ideally have a strong background in high quality restaurants ideally. Be creative, flexible and have a can do attitude along with having an obsessive passion for food. Be structured and incredibly organised. Above all to embrace our ethos and believe in our principles.

Scope and purpose of job
To maintain excellent service standards on the restaurant floor whilst working with others to do the same. Assisting the management team in implementing development changes within the restaurant.

Specific job accountabilities
Maintaining customer focused service principles throughout L’Enclume.
Operating a station during service to the high standards set.
Have a good understanding of the wine list & drinks service.
Have an in-depth menu knowledge & menu items.
Being a perfect example of the L’Enclume standards throughout all manner of service

The Chef de Rang is expected to understand various areas of the operation
Understanding the Restaurant principles
Customer Service
Maintaining Brand Standards
Working within the Team
Understanding Health & Safety rules where applicable
