Home by Simon Rogan was born during the first lockdown in 2020 to provide meals for those in need during the pandemic. It was such a success it has since evolved into its own entity serving 150 Home meal boxes a week. We bring the farm-to-fork ethos to homes across the UK through beautifully curated meal kits, seasonal pantry items, and thoughtful food experiences, all rooted in our award-winning hospitality. The HbSR team oversee the full logistical planning and delivery of the boxes as well as our E-Commerce and events operations.

We're now looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Manager to lead our Flookburgh-based e-commerce operations. You will oversee the day to day running of the HbSR operation which would include:

- Leading product development alongside our chefs and marketing team to deliver new pantry products and experiences

- Making sure orders are packed, shipped, and delivered smoothly

- Collaborating with marketing and brand teams on seasonal campaigns, content creation, and product storytelling

- Driving sales through website optimisation, data insights, and proactive customer engagement

- Keeping sustainability a priority - rethinking how we package, source, and cut down on waste, all while staying on top of new rules like EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility)

We are keen to hear from applicants with experience managing busy retail/e-commerce operations, ideally with a background in high-end food production or food & beverage operations.

You will have fantastic customer service skills in person and via written communication mediums and the ability to think outside the box when it comes to problem solving.

Experience using fulfilment systems like Shopify is beneficial and experience working with logistics (DPD, labels, tracking) is preferred. Most importantly, a passion for fine dining and understanding of what great hospitality feels like and knowing how to bring that same level of care to our customers at home.
