Rogan & Co Head Waiter

Rogan & Co is our local neighborhood restaurant located in the beautiful village of Cartmel in the Lake District, a sister company to the acclaimed L'Enclume, offering a casual dining experience. We use exceptional, home-grown ingredients from Our Farm, and maintain the highest level of service to our guests which is why we have been awarded 1 Michelin star and 3 AA Rosettes. We are open 5 days a week for Dinner - Tuesday - Saturday and 4 for Lunch - Wednesday - Saturday. We are open for breakfast service on a Sunday and closed on Mondays.

We are currently recruiting for a Head Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Head Waiter/Waitress you will provide an exceptional and informed guest experience coupled with excellent communication skills and a real passion for food and wine. Furthermore You will assume responsibility for the management of junior staff and their learning and development.

We offer a competitive salary and 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year.
