Junior Assistant Restaurant Manager

Rogan & Co is our local neighbourhood restaurant located in the beautiful village of Cartmel in the Lake District offering a casual dining experience, using exceptional, home-grown ingredients. We have been awarded 1 Michelin star and 3 AA Rosettes for the quality of our food and service. We are open 5 days a week for Dinner - Tuesday - Saturday and 4 for Lunch - Wednesday - Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) to join our team. As a Junior ARM you will assist with the full day to day running of the restaurant.

We are keen to hear from individuals with experience in similar quality establishments ready for a role in management with real responsibility and vast scope for ongoing development and progression.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Deputising for the RM and ARM in their absence

- Inspiring and leading the FOH team of 10

- Staff training and development

- Wine list development

- Achieving financial targets

- Delivering an exceptional guest experience

- Ensuring our principles and ethos are instilled across the team and operation.
