Umbel Restaurant Group was founded by Simon Rogan in 2002 with the opening of the acclaimed L'Enclume restaurant in Cartmel, Cumbria. Over the years we have grown to include, Rogan & Co & Aulis in Cartmel, Henrock in Windermere, Aulis in London and Skof in Manchester. We boast 6 Michelin stars and are renowned for the quality and seasonality of our offer. We also have 16 rooms across Cartmel for our diners/guests to stay overnight.

We are now looking to recruit a Reservationist to join our reservations team based in Cartmel . The role will involve utilising our reservations system for all of our restaurants and rooms and dealing with customer queries.

Please note this role is Fixed Term for 1 year.

We are keen to hear from individuals with experience in similar environments, customer service is key and an understanding of reservations software systems would be highly beneficial.
