Open Tuesday–Saturday for dinner and Wednesday–Saturday for lunch (closed Sunday and Monday), L'Enclume is built around exceptional local ingredients, thoughtful hospitality and memorable guest experiences, complemented by a carefully curated wine and non-alcoholic drinks programme.

We are now looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team. Our cellar brings together iconic labels, renowned producers and small growers from around the world, creating a dynamic and distinctive beverage offering. Overview -

• Demonstrating high standards of beverage service skills
• Guiding guests through thoughtful pairings and a distinctive beverage experience
• Demonstrating a genuine passion for wine, liquor, and champagne
• Think outside the realm of wine, with non-alcoholic beverages
• Good knowledge of a 15-course tasting menu
• WSET Level 2 required
