After joining Vicky Lau in the kitchen to cook for ‘Asia’s Best Restaurants 2019’ at the Wynn Palace, it was a pleasure to return to The Wynn Resorts later that week, this time as a guest chef at the Mizumi restaurant in The Wynn Hotel in Macau.
