To celebrate ‘Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2019’ chefs from across Asia, Europe and South America came together for a series of dinners in Macau.

I was lucky enough to be a part of the two day event, teaming up with talented chef Vicky Lau from the Tate Dining Room in Hong Kong. Together, we hosted a dinner of European dishes with Chinese influences at the Wynn Palace in Macau on Saturday 23rd March.

It has been an incredible experience opening two restaurants in Asia this year and working within and learning from such a dynamic, exciting new food culture.
