Our New Sparkling Wine with Wiston Estate
We are delighted to announce that Simon Rogan has partnered with West Sussex's family-run Wiston Estate to launch an exclusive English sparkling rosé, marking an exciting collaboration between two champions of sustainable, locally-sourced production.
The Simon Rogan x Wiston Sparkling Rosé, crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes, showcases deep salmon hues and complex notes ranging from wild roses to pomegranate.
The wine undergoes an intricate production process, including eight months resting on lees and up to four years of secondary fermentation, enhanced with reserve wines dating back to 2009.
Available to pre-order from our online shop or purchase directly from Wiston’s shop and online store, or enjoy it from today at Chalk, their on-site restaurant. From Tuesday, 24th June, during English Wine Week, the special sparkling wine will debut in our UK restaurants, representing a natural union between Simon's farm-to-table philosophy and the Goring family's commitment to ethical winemaking.
