A Day at Our Farm - Mondays Stay & Dine
A Day at Our Farm returns for 2024 at our working farm in the Cartmel Valley. After receiving the award for "Best Farm to Table Restaurant" at The Good Food Guide Awards 2024, Liam and John are excited to share the new dates for this year.
For 2024, almost all of our A Day at our Farm events will be held on Mondays and will include a stay in one of our superior rooms, scattered around the charming village of Cartmel. On Tuesday morning, guests can indulge with our Home by Simon Rogan breakfast box featuring a selection of pastries and treats to enjoy in the room or at home. A handful of lunch-only events will be held on Tuesdays throughout the summer.
A Day at Our Farm starts with a guided tour with Our Farm manager, John Rowlands, and Our Farm head chef, Liam Fitzpatrick, accompanied by seasonal snacks en route. The tour is followed by an alfresco feasting lunch using the very best of what’s available only metres from the dining table.
This event series gives attendees a unique opportunity to learn about our approach to regenerative farming and sustainability at Our Farm, as well as witnessing the hard work and energy that is required to supply our restaurants with vegetables, fruits, flowers and herbs.

Each ticket is valid for two people.
Please note that Our Farm is a working farm, so we urge you to wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Although we have a cover over our table to protect our guests from the rain, we may be required to cancel due to adverse weather conditions. You are able to cancel your tickets up until 14 days before your visit with a full refund. Tickets will not be refunded after this point.
Additionally, a minimum of five attendees are required for each event to go ahead. We may be required to cancel the event or move those booked to an alternative date if fewer than five people have booked. We will endeavour to do so with as much notice as possible.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the event, we cannot cater for any dietary requirements.
