Britannic Explorer, a Belmond Train, United Kingdom, takes to the rails from July 4, 2025. As a Food & Beverage Bar Steward at Britannic Explorer, a Belmond Train, you will be an integral part of a team delivering world-class hospitality in a unique, luxury setting. You will provide exceptional food and beverage service ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic bartender to join our seasonal team, providing exceptional service to our guests from March to November 2026.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, and spirits

• Serving pre-lunch and dinner drinks, canapés, afternoon tea beverages, and ‘welcome back’ drinks when guests return from off-board excursions

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including washing glassware and bar equipment

• Preparing bar mise en place and ensuring all supplies are ready for service

• Providing knowledgeable recommendations about drinks, wine pairings and the offerings available onboard

• Assisting with general onboard hospitality duties, including greeting guests and supporting operational departments as required

Applicants should have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.
