Britannic Explorer, a Belmond Train, United Kingdom, takes to the rails from July 4, 2025. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Britannic Explorer, A Belmond Train, you are part of a team that is responsible for the restaurant and bar operations aboard the luxury train. In this role, you will ensure an exceptional Food & Beverage service is provided to our guests. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for excellence and storytelling in travel, a strong cultural awareness and an unswerving approach to maintaining standards. Primary Responsibilities Include:

• This is a seasonal role which runs from March to November in 2026

• Managing guests’ dietary requirements

• Taking guests’ orders

• Ensuring LQA standards are met and maintained

• Ensuring all F&B cleaning is complete based on the Standard Operating Procedure and reported accordingly

• Maintaining F&B stock level, both operational and supplies, including china, crockery and glassware

Applicants should have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.
