SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF JOB:

The role of receptionist is customer orientated and involves dealing with a variety of guest requests both over the telephone, and in person working in a friendly professional manner.

SPECIFIC JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Making individual guest reservations.
  • Utilising reservation software to maximise capacity.
  • Transferring relevant information to your manager.
  • Ensuring check in/check out procedures are completed correctly.
  • Understanding the basic financial responsibilities of a reservation.
  • Being a perfect example of the L’Enclume standards throughout all manner of work.
