Britannic Explorer, a Belmond Train, United Kingdom, takes to the rails from July 4, 2025. As Restaurant Manager at Britannic Explorer, a Belmond Train, you are part of a team responsible for all aspects of the restaurant’s day-to-day operation and for maintaining the highest standards of service in a relentless pursuit of perfection. In this role, you will demonstrate a commitment to excellence by creating a seamless, personalised and unforgettable experience that exceeds our guests’ desires for comfort, indulgence and exclusivity. Primary Responsibilities Include:

-Managing and leading the restaurant team, ensuring the smooth running of service and the carrying out of duties in a professional and timeous manner.

-Providing excellent customer service to guests in accordance with Belmond and Leading Quality Assurance standards.

-Being fully conversant and aware of all guests’ dietary requirements.

-Working with the Train Manager and Head Chef on menu planning and pricing.

-Overseeing and controlling scheduling to ensure adequate coverage according to business levels.

-Continuously striving to improve and innovate product and services.

Applicants should have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.
