Simon Rogan established L’Enclume a Two Michelin star restaurant in Cartmel, Cumbria, and was named ‘Best British Restaurant in the UK’ by the Good Food Guide, and ‘Restaurant of the Year’ at the 2013 Observer Food Monthly Awards. Simon’s modern British cooking style and creative techniques are inspired by his love of British produce, which he sources from his own farm in Cumbria.

Working under the direction of Simon Rogan and the Executive Brigade, we are looking for strong, motivated individuals, ideally someone who has worked in similar kitchen/restaurant roles within the hospitality industry.

We are looking for strong, motivated individuals, ideally someone who has worked in similar restaurant roles within the hospitality industry. The person will be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:

  • Working standard should be NVQ or equivalent
  • Strong internal customer care skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A high standard of personal presentation
  • Confident, professional and welcoming personality
